Vancouver

The Vancouver Secondary Schools golf finals were held at Fraserview Golf Course on Thursday May 15th.

Fraserview is a par 72 course measuring 6287 yards from the blue markers. Kitsilano, Magee and Point Grey Secondary schools were competing.

Point Grey finished first with a combined score from their 4 top players of 322. Magee finished tied with Kitsilano at 327 After further review over a controversial score on the 18 th hole, Kitsilano was given second place.

Point Grey player, Josh Zhang, a grade 8 student was the top medalist with a score of 73, Charles Cameron shot 80, Chris Cameron shot 82, and David Edwards came in with a 87.

Magee will represent Vancouver at the Championship.
