2007 Junior High Performance Camp

Another successful Junior High Performance Provincial Camp was held September 21-23 at the RCGA national training facility at Coyote Creek in Surrey. Participants gained valuable benefits and education from physiotherapists, a strength & conditioning coach and guest speakers covering topics on sports psychology, nutrition, anti-doping, and goal setting and planning.  

Specialists included:

Strength & Conditioning—Steve Ramsbottom
Sport Safety, Anti-Doping—Ted Lorenz
Sport Nutritionist—Mignon Radhakrishnan, RD

Co-ordinator, Total Sport Performance—Misty Thomas
